RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return Policy

All items purchased on the Hilwaite website can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery using the return request form found on this page. Products must be in their original packaging and accompany the original packing slip sent with your delivery and/or shipment.

Returns can take up to 14 days for your item to reach us at our facility once you have shipped your return. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it can take up to two (2) additional business days for your refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

All approved return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer with the exception that if your return is defective, damaged or an incorrect item, you will be refunded the full postage/shipping cost once your return has been processed.

Exchanges

Any customer requesting an even exchange for their product purchased on the Hilwaite website will have a full 30 days to submit the exchange request, send us details for the reason for your exchange request and note all terms for returning an item for exchange is applicable to full refund requests listed above. 

For refund or exchange requests please submit your name, email address, order number and photo(s) whenever possible in the form provided.
